The Government Adding the Capital Participation to PT PAA Rp 1 Trillion
With consideration to strengthen the capital structure and increase the capacity of the Company (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset, President Joko Widodo on 21 September 2015 has been signed Government Regulation No. 72 Year 2015 regarding the Increase Investment of the Republic of Indonesia in Shares Owned Company (Persero ) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA).
In Government Regulation mentioned, the Republic of Indonesia made additional equity into the share capital of the Company (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset which was established under Regulation No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of a Limited Liability Company (Persero) in the field of asset management, as amended by Regulation No. 61 Year 2008 on the Amendment of Regulation No. 10 of 2004.
The value of the additional investment of State referred amounting to 1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion rupiahs), which is sourced from the State Budget for Fiscal Year 2015,” reads Article 2 (1.2) PP.
Government Regulation Number 72 of 2015 came into force on its promulgation, ie on 21 September 2015 by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly. (Pusdatin/ES)
