President Jokowi and First Lady Welcomed the Visit of Queen of Denmark

President Jokowi conversation with His Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark at the State Palace, Jakarta, Thursday (22/10).

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) accompanied by First Lady Iriana received the visit of Queen Margrethe II and Prince Consort of Denmark, at the Presidential Palace on Thursday (11/10) at around at 10:30 pm.

If the state guest is usually welcomed by the President on the steps of the Presidential Palace, but the arrival of the Queen and the Prince of Denmark was welcomed by President Jokowi, and Lady Iriana Joko Widodo in the courtyard of the Presidential Palace and then immediately to the podium of honor.

After listening to the national anthems of both countries were accompanied by the blast welcome, both heads of state check out the row of honor. Furthermore, entering the credential at the Presidential Palace for a group photo and signing the guest book.

Both Heads of State subsequently witnessed the signing of several cooperation agreements between the two countries, including on cooperation in the field of transport signed by Foreign Minister of Indonesian and the Foreign Minister of Denmark; cooperation in maritime signed by the Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Foreign Minister of Denmark; cooperation in the fields of cultures, was signed by the Education Minister of Indonesia and the Foreign Minister of Denmark, as well as cooperation in the field of New and Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation signed by Energy and Mineral Resources Minister of Indonesia, Sudirman Said and the Energy, Utilities and Climate Minister of Denmark.
