Regulation of Cabinet Secretary Number 4 of 2015 on Organization and Standard Operating Procedure of Cabinet Secretariat stipulates that Cabinet Secretariat is a government institution that is under and directly responsible to the President. Cabinet Secretariat is headed by Cabinet Secretary and is tasked to support the President and the Vice President in managing cabinet to run a Government.
