All Parcels of Land in Jakarta Will be Certified Next Year

Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the BPN Sofyan Djalil asserted that 1.6 million parcels of land in Jakarta have been identified. Therefore, he believes that all parcels of land in Jakarta will be certified immediately.

“Insyaa Allah, God willing, we will certify all parcels of land with support from government of DKI Jakarta,” Sofyan said in a report to President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo during the distribution of 10,000 land certificates at the Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) industrial bonded zone in Marunda, North Jakarta, Wednesday (17/10).

According to the Minister, the Government will issue 332,000 certificates in Jakarta this year, and 70,000 certificates next year to complete all parcels of land.

The President gave positive response to the report from Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the BPN.

“So, all will be completed next year, right Pak Minister? Insyaa Allah, God willing, we will complete all parcels of land with support from governor of DKI Jakarta,” President Jokowi said adding that every tasks will be completed if we work hard. (DNA/OJI/ES) (RAS/YM/Naster)
