Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has announced that it once again found a fake letter circulating about the promotion of non-tenured employees.

Related to this issue, the Ministry’s Acting Head of Legal, Communication, and Public Information Bureau Mohammad Averrouce asserted, on Friday (11/06/2021) that the Ministry did not issue any letter related to the promotion.

The letter reads that as if there was a result of a joint meeting between Commission X of the House of Representatives (DPR) and Minister of PANRB to promote non-tenured employees, administrative employees, agricultural facilitators, and non-tenured health workers who are over 35 years old to gain civil servant status without any tests for those who meet the requirements.

Mohammad Averrouce further said that several cases of fake letter have also circulated by taking the name of Drs. Heru Purwaka from the Planning Bureau of the Central State Civil Service Agency (BKN) as a contact person.

The letter reads that non-tenured employees are invited to discuss about the promotion at the meeting room of Commission X of the House of Representatives on Tuesday (8/6/2021).

Nonetheless, Mohammad Averrouce urged the public to always be extra cautious in receiving information.

“Do check the veracity of the information to Ministry of PANRB and always remain extra cautious,” he remarked. (PR of Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform/UN) (AP/MUR)
