Cabinet Secretariat has earned Unqualified Opinion (WTP), the highest audit rating, from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) for the 2019 financial report.

Cabinet Secretariat has kept its Unqualified Opinion for the eighth year in a row since it earned its first Unqualified Opinion for the 2012 financial report.

“We applaud the Unqualified Opinion for the 2019 Government Ministries and Agencies financial report. Completing financial report is not easy in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic,” the Minister wrote in the letter on the BPK’s Central Government audit report.

The Minister also said that Government Ministries and Agencies that have not obtained Unqualified Opinion must continue to improve the management and accountability of the state budget and uphold the principle of accountability and transparency.

For the record, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Monday (20/7) ordered Government Ministries and Agencies that have not obtained Unqualified Opinion to immediately make improvements, achieve breakthroughs and take necessary measures for significant changes (EN)
