Cabinet Secretariat, Garuda Indonesia Establish Cooperation in Provision of Official Trip Tickets

In order to make it easier for employees to make official trips, the Cabinet Secretariat established cooperation with PT Garuda Indonesia through Corporate Online System (COS). It is expected to facilitate the transaction process of purchasing Garuda Indonesia tickets, starting from the transaction review to the refund process.

The signing of the cooperation was carried out by Deputy Cabinet Secretary for the Administrative Affairs, Farid Utomo, and Vice President of PT Garuda Indonesia Jakarta Raya Region, Flora Izza, in the Cabinet Secretary’s Meeting Room of the 2nd floor of the Ministry of State Secretariat Building III, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/11) morning.

In his speech, Deputy Farid said that cooperation in the provision of travel tickets for employees of the Cabinet Secretariat who make official trip at home or overseas is required, one of which is for accountability. “So, Cabinet Secretariat will be better if everything is neatly arranged, including the provision of ticket for official trip,” Deputy Farid said.

Deputy Farid expressed his gratitude for the establishment of cooperation in the provision of official trip tickets, and reminded the Financial Affairs Division in the Cabinet Secretariat to utilize such cooperation in the provision of tickets for employees in the Cabinet Secretariat.

Meanwhile, Head of Financial Planning Bureau of the Cabinet Secretariat, Islahuddin, in his report said that the cooperation of providing travel tickets through Corporate Online System (COS) involved the Cabinet Secretariat, Garuda Indonesia and the banking sector. “Hopefully, with this signing, we can directly book Garuda ticket we need in carrying out the official trip,” Islahuddin said.

Regarding the payment of tickets that have been booked, according to Islahuddin, Bank BNI will make the payment directly. “After the administrative process has been completed, we will make the payment to Bank BNI,” Islahuddin said.

The signing of the cooperation was attended by Commitment Makers (PPK) in the Cabinet Secretariat, PT Garuda Indonesia’s General Manager of Sales Government Henany Hanum, Manager for KLDI of the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Special Task Force (SKK Migas) Audi Rahmah, and representative from Garuda Indonesia Anita Setya Winartati.
