Cabinet Secretariat Launches New Version of Official Website

Cabinet Secretariat on Wednesday (11/9) in Jakarta launched the new version of its official website www.setkab.go.id.
The launching ceremony was attended by Deputy Cabinet Secretary Ratih Nurdiati, Commercial Banking Director of Bank Mandiri Riduan Ahmad, Deputy Cabinet Secretary for Administrative Affairs Farid Utomo and Deputy Cabinet Secretary for Cabinet Work Support Thanon Aria Dewangga.
On that occasion, Ratih Nurdiati praised Bank Mandiri for helping with the renewal of the Cabinet Secretariat website.
“It is the second time Cabinet Secretariat cooperates with Bank Mandiri in order to renew the face of the setkab.go.id page,” Ratih said, adding that since the start of this renewal process, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung has always said that the official website should provide one stop service information.
Ratih added that the website does not only provide information but also provide the monitoring tools for the implementation of the President directives
“In addition to providing comprehensive information, the theme of the new version of Cabinet Secretariat website is “Milennial Berwibawa”. It means that the website is not only expected to attract the millennials but also will be respected by the public by providing news and information, with a good design” Ratih explained.
The website, she added, is also expected to provide an alternative for the public who seek in-depth analysis or the other side of an event without any framing.
“As an alternative, (the website) is also expected to provide information on the achievements of the Government in carrying out the planned program, because there are many people who need positive information related to the successful development program carried out by the Working Cabinet under President Joko Widodo’s administration,” she continued.
In the meantime, Commercial Banking Director of Bank Mandiri Riduan Ahmad in his remarks said that in running its business, Bank Mandiri is equipped with a spirit to bring prosperity for the country. Bank Mandiri is an important part of the community and an important part of the country.
“What we are doing today is one form of the spirit to bring prosperity for the country, we want to give our contribution to Cabinet Secretariat in improving or renewing the website setkab.go.id,” Riduan said.
Bank Mandiri, he added, hopes that Cabinet Secretariat can provide more information to disseminate Government measures and policies to the public through the website.
Riduan further said that the website is expected to provide a greater access for the public to give input to stakeholders related to cabinet management in achieving national development goals. (Cabinet Secretariat Team/ES)
