Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung Lauds House of Representatives
Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung lauded the House of Representatives Commission III for conducting surveillance to budget spent in the Cabinet Secretariat.
“Cabinet Secretariat has been awarded Unqualified (WTP) Opinion audit grade for 10 consecutive years and granted good grade. All thanks to the contribution and surveillance from the Chairperson of House of Representatives’s Commission II and members of Commission II,” he said during a Working Meeting with the House of Representatives Commission II, at the Nusantara Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (05/30).
Regarding budget realization for 2022, Pramono said that Cabinet Secretariat has managed to realize 96.69 percent of budget or around Rp295.64 billion out of Rp305.76 billion.
“(Budget realization for) Personnel expenditure has reached 98.72 percent, goods expenditure reached 93.63 percent, capital spending reached 93.45 percent, that makes the average of realization for 2022 fiscal year 96.69 percent,” he added.
As for 2023 fiscal year, budget allocated for Cabinet Secretariat declined from Rp352.29 billion to Rp334.69 billion due to automatic adjustment. As of May 22nd, realization for 2023 state budget allocated for Cabinet Secretariat has reached 45.60 percent or Rp152.63 billion.
“Management support programs have absorbed 50.83 percent of the budget whereas program of services for President and Vice President absorbed 15.13 percent,” he stated.
Indicative ceilings of Cabinet Secretariat for 2024 is Rp348.77 billion. In addition, it also proposed for additional budget of Rp16.79 billion for Presidential Special Envoy (UKP) for Poverty Alleviation and Food Security Cooperation. (TGH/UN) (RAS/LW)
