Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung receives the Adicita Sewaka Pertiwi Award (03/08)

Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung Tuesday (03/08) received the Adicita Sewaka Pertiwi Award. The award was conferred by Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Tjahjo Kumolo at the 2021 Result Reports on Evaluation and Public Service Award at Ministerial, Institutional, and Regional Levels at The InterContinental Hotel Jakarta Pondok Indah in Jakarta.

The Adicita Sewaka Pertiwi Award is conferred to leaders at Ministries, Institutions, and regional governments who have achieved an “A” predicate or “Excellent Service” at least for two consecutive years.

In addition to Pramono Anung, other leaders who received the award were Head of Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Margo Yuwono, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Minister of Religious Affairs Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, and Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Nadiem Makarim.

In 2021, Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform has carried out monitoring and evaluation on 548 state institutions at municipal/regional and provincial levels, as well as 85 ministries/institutions. At the provincial level, the evaluation was made through an integrated one-stop administration system (SAMSAT), while at municipal/regional levels, the evaluation was made through the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) and the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP).

For the record, six aspects of public service that were assessed were service policy, professionalism of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, public service information system, consultation and complaint platforms, and public service innovation.

Based on the evaluation, Office of Assistant to Deputy Cabinet Secretary for Public Relations and Protocol has succeeded in receiving the award as the Public Services Providing Unit (UPPP) with an “A” predicate or “Excellent Service”, while Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung received the award as the Public Services Governing Board with an “A” predicate or “Excellent Service”. (FID/UN) (AP/MUR)
