President Prabowo leads a Cabinet Meeting following his working visits to Russia and France, on Thursday (04/16).

President Prabowo Subianto on Thursday (04/16) immediately convened a Limited Cabinet Meeting with several members of the Red and White Cabinet upon his state visits to Russia and France. The meeting marked a swift government response to ensure the continuity of national strategic agendas and to follow up on outcomes of international cooperation.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that the meeting was attended by several ministers, including the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of State Secretary, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, the Cabinet Secretary, as well as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Danantara.

“Upon returning from state visits to Russia and France, President Prabowo Subianto held a Limited Cabinet Meeting attended by several members of the Red and White Cabinet,” said Cabinet Secretary Teddy in a written statement released on Friday (04/17).

During the meeting, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of accelerating the implementation of priority national strategic programs. The discussion focused on key sectors, such as education, food security, industrial downstreaming, and waste-to-energy initiatives as part of efforts toward sustainable economic transformation.

“In the meeting, the President discussed the acceleration of national strategic programs, including in the fields of education, food security, industrial downstreaming, and waste-to-energy utilization,” Teddy explained.

Furthermore, he highlighted that the meeting also served as a strategic forum to integrate the outcomes of President Prabowo’s international diplomacy into concrete and measurable domestic policies.

“This meeting represents a strategic step to follow up on strengthened cooperation between Indonesia and partner countries, while also promoting cross-sectoral synergy to support economic growth and equitable national development,” he added.
