Unofficial English Translation  Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Ladies and Gentlemen, the people have been anticipating the Surabaya-Malang Toll Road for years. Previously, the Malang Regent said it took almost three hours, sometimes it could take three-and-a-half hours. Now, after the construction finished, it will take about only an hour to drive.
