Few days ago, I talked by phone to President Putin and President Zelenskyy. They said that they would attend the summit if the condition is favorable.

Well, just ask them. They said that they would attend it if the condition is favorable. If not, President Zelenskyy will probably participate virtually.

Have Joe Biden and Xi Jinping made confirmation, Sir?

Yes. Seventeen heads of state/government have confirmed. Normally, 17 – 18 heads of state/government attend the event under normal conditions, but since the world is currently in crises, all countries are in crises, I think it would be really great if they all could attend the summit.
