According to the President, the Government should continue to prioritize human capital development next year to maintain sustainability of national development.
The rapidly-changing global development such as normalization of monetary policy in the United States, fluctuations in commodity prices, trade wars and protectionism, Chinas moderate growth, as well as security and world geopolitics should also be anticipated, he added.
