Financial Rights for Chairman, Vice Chairman, Members of National Sports Standardization, Accreditation Agency Stipulated
In a bid to implement provisions in Article 15 paragraph (3) of Presidential Regulation Number 11 of 2014 on Structures, Positions, and Work Procedures of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency, President Joko Jokowi Widodo on 16 August 2018 signed Presidential Regulation Number 70 of 2018 on Financial Rights For the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency.
The President asserted that Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency will be given monthly remuneration.
The amounts as intended are as follows: 1. Rp19,250,000.00 for the Chairman; 2. Rp17,645,000.00 for the Deputy Chairman; and 3. Rp16,041,000.00 for the Members, Article 2 of the Presidential Regulation reads.
Based on this Presidential Regulation, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency will receive their remuneration as of the date of appointment or inauguration.
The Regulation also regulates that Civil Servants appointed as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency will be temporarily suspended as Civil Servants as of the date of appointment or inauguration.
As for Civil Servants appointed as the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of National Sports Standardization and Accreditation Agency before this Presidential Regulation is promulgated, the remuneration as intended will be received after deducting it from their salaries as Civil Servants.
This Presidential Regulation shall apply as of the date of its promulgation, reads Article 7 of Presidential Regulation Number 70 of 2018 which is stipulated by Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly on August 16th 2018. (Pusdatin/ES) (RAS/MMB/Naster)
