First Lady Iriana, OASE KIM Members Try Out Whoosh High Speed Train

First Lady Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo, accompanied by Ibu Hani Pramono Anung and OASE KIM members head to West Java using the Jakarta-Bandung ‘Whoosh’ High-Speed Train (KCJB) at Halim Station, Tuesday (10/03)

First Lady Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo and members of Solidarity Act Organization of the Onward Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM), Tuesday (10/03), headed to West Java province using the Jakarta-Bandung ‘Whoosh’ High-Speed Train (KCJB).

The train which carried Ibu Iriana and OASE KIM members departed from Halim Station at 09:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and arrived at Padalarang Station, West Bandung regency, West Java province, after approximately 30-minute train ride.

Upon the arrival, Ibu Iriana and the members of OASE KIM were warmly welcomed with the performance of traditional angklung music from Saung Mang Udjo. Afterwards, Ibu Iriana and the entourage proceeded to Bandung Station, Bandung City, West Java province, by using feeder train.

Ibu Iriana and the entourage’s arrival at Bandung Station were also welcomed with a Merak Dance performed by students of the Women’s Railway Foundation (YWKA) Elementary School before continuing her journey to Bandung city by car for another working visit. (BPMI of President Secretariat/AIT) (SI/AW)
