Government Injects the Capital of Hutama Karya and Adhi Karya of Rp 5 Trillion

President Joko Widodo on June 3, 2015, has been signed Government Regulation (PP) No. 27 of 2015 concerning the addition of State Capital Participation in shares of PT. Hutama Karya, and PP. Number 28 of 2015 concerning the addition of State Capital Participation into Shares of PT. Adhi Karya. This was done with consideration to improve the capital structure and strengthen the capacity of the Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya and PT Adhi Karya.

Both Persero get ‘injection’ of capital as much as Rp 5 trillion, with details of PT Hutama Karya obtain as much Rp 3.6 trillion, and PT Adhi Karya to obtain additional capital of Rp 1.4 trillion.

Article 2 Paragraph (1) PP. No. 27 of 2015 stated, the value of the additional of State Capital Participation to PT Hutama Karya of Rp 3,600,000,000,000.00 (three trillion six hundred billion rupiah).

“The addition of state capital participation as referred is sourced from the State Budget (APBN) for Fiscal Year 2015,” reads Article 2 Paragraph (1) of the PP.

While on Article 2 Paragraph (1) PP. Number 28 of 2015 mentioned, the value of the additional of State Capital Participation to PT Adhi Karya of Rp 1,400,000,000,000.00 (one trillion four hundred billion rupiah), which is sourced from the state budget for Fiscal Year 2015.

“This regulation comes into force on the date of enactment,” the final sound PP 27 Year 2015 and PP 28, 2015 which was promulgated by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, H. Yasonna Laoly on June 4, 2015. (Pusdatin/ES)
