“I have checked the preparation. The rice, which name is Beras Kita, will be sold Rp8,500/kg and it is already packed in a 5 kg packet. Meanwhile, sugar, which name is Manis Kita, will be sold Rp12,500/kg,” President Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo said when sending off rice donation for Sri Lanka, at Bulog Warehouse for Jakarta Region in Sunter, Kelapa Gading, on Tuesday (14/2).

The President believes that the rice and sugar have a good quality and packaging. “I see that the packaging and the quality are good,” the President said.

According to the President, the scheme of the distribution that uses card will initially be tried in 44 cities. If it goes well, it will be continued to other cities,” the President concluded.
