Gov’t Affirms Commitment to Helping Underpriviledged People Through Cash Assistance

The Government has just launched Direct Cash Assistance for People’s Welfare (BLT Kesra) for underpriviledged families around the country. The newly-launched program not only eases the economic burden of them but also restores a sense of optimism among the community.

Wiwik, one of the beneficiaries, expressed her gratitude to the Government for distributing the assistance. She also conveyed special thanks to President Prabowo Subianto and his ministers for initiating this program.

“I would like to express my highest gratitude to the President in particular, the ministers, and everyone who has helped me,” she said.

For her, the assistance is not only a matter of cash aid but also a concrete evidence of the Government’s attention to its people since the BLT Kesra has become an important support for meeting daily needs.

She also expressed hope that the program can be sustained and also offered a prayer and birthday wishes to President Prabowo, who is celebrating his birthday today.

“May he be blessed and always under the protection of Allah SWT,” she said.
For the record, the BLT Kesra is a program designed by the Government as part of the national economic package to maintain people’s purchasing power, boost national economic growth, and ensure that social assistance reaches the right target.
