President Prabowo Subianto Tuesday (06/02) monitored the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program at the 111 State Junior High School, Jakarta.

The visit was part of the Government’s efforts to ensure that this national priority program is running well and provides direct benefits to the students.

The President’s arrival was enthusiastically welcomed by students who had gathered in the school ground. The cheers and warm greetings from the students accompanied the Head of State as he entered the school area. The students appeared excited to welcome the President, who responded with smiles and waves.

During the visit, President Prabowo Subianto entered several classrooms to observe firsthand how the MBG program was being implemented. Inside the classroom, the students were enjoying their nutritious meal provided through MBG Program. In one classroom, the Head of State even sat down and ate together with the students.

In another classroom, a warm and friendly atmosphere was felt as President Prabowo Subianto interacted with the students. The Head of State asked them about their dreams, and many students eagerly raised their hands to respond.

“Who wants to be a doctor? Who wants to be an engineer? Who wants to be a teacher? Who wants to be a footballer,” asked the Head of State.

The students enthusiastically responded to the President’s questions. This interaction, filled with warmed and lighthearted humor, created an even more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the classroom. The President and the students also sang the “Hymne Guru” song together.

At the school, the MBG Program represents more than just providing meals on the student’s school table. The program also helps foster confidence that every Indonesian child has an equal opportunity to dream big and achieve it for the future of the nation.
