“Teachers whose basic salary comes from the regional budget (APBD) and who do not receive additional income can be given a maximum of the teacher’s professional allowance or a maximum of the additional income of state apparatus teachers received in one month,” the Government Regulation reads.

The regulation also regulates that the THR should be disbursed 10 days before Eid al-Fitr at the earliest.
