The Government is developing INA Gov app, an app that aims to digitalize all sectors of the Government, including the state civil apparatus.

Minister for State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms Abdullah Azwar Anas said that INA Gov would also curb applications used by all ministries/government institutions and merge them into one integrated application, namely INA Digital.

The INA Gov app will be launched this month in limited features, he added.

“After hundreds of meetings, INA Digital will eventually launch three limited services out in September. The three services are included in the nine initial features,” he added.

The Minister went on to say that INA Gov would integrate similar features such as profile of the state civil apparatus, performance target, and self-learning that used to be found both in applications of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and Public Administration Institute (LAN). It is expected to enhance efficiency of the governance.

“Tomorrow, we will launch SmartASN, which merges around two thousand appl into one single app,” he said, adding that INA-Gov can be access limitedly to 40,000 state civil apparatus during the initial phase.

He stated that through the initial phase, the app will collect feedback so the developer can prepare complain handling guides once the app goes to public in 2025.

In addition, two other apps, INA Pas and INA Ku will also be launched in the near future.

INA Pas will provide Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the National Digital ID Portal, while INA will integrate various public services such as health, education, and population administration into single portal.   (KS/ABD) (RAS/EP)
