This year’s commemoration of Indonesia’s Independence Day will be carried out in accordance with strict health protocols, Ministry of State Secretary Pratikno has said.

“Stop your activity for three minutes on 17 August 2020 at 10.17 a.m. Western Indonesian Time. Stand at attention in honor of the independence commemoration,” the Minister said in a video aired on Tuesday (28/7).

For the record, this year’s ceremony of Indonesia’s Independence Day commemoration will be attended by limited participants involved in the series of ceremony, while the public will be able to follow the ceremony via the internet.
