AssalamuÂ’alaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakaatuh,

May prosperity be upon us all, good afternoon,

This afternoon, we will discuss the results of our working visit to Europe. The first thing I would like to say is that we want every working visit to be followed up and have a clear focus. Not too many, one would be more than enough if the visit produces a good result, a concrete one, a real one.

Although from business to business, private sector, and state-owned enterprises have agreed business deals worth US $ 20.5 billion that can be realised, we want it to be followed by concrete results.

First, on the cooperation with German, we will only focus on vocational school, vocational training, vocational international school, that is all, but in quite a big number. Therefore, I will ask Coordinating Minister to ensure coordination between Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Manpower, as well as Minister of Industry in order to promote vocational education massively. It should be carried out immediately, so we will take advantage of the opportunity.

Second, on the cooperation with the United Kingdom, we will cooperate only in creative economy sector. Similarly, I want the cooperation in creative economy sector to be followed up, be it design, handicraft, performance art, music, or others.

Third, on the cooperation with the Netherlands, we will concentrate mainly on maritime sector since they are great in seaport and water managements. I think Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Transportation, and other related Ministries can be involved in this cooperation.

Furthermore, Queen Maxima will pay a visit to Indonesia in August in relation to financial inclusion. Therefore, I want Coordinating Minister for the Economy to get all things prepared, so when the Queen comes, we will ensure the implementation. It turns out that this matter has been initiated a long time ago, but we have not yet been able to follow up on it. Now, they believe we will be able to carry it out.

Lastly, related to the European Union, I think the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), after the scoping paper is finalized, will be followed up by negotiations that will be conducted soon. Therefore, what we have been discussed earlier can be carried out.

I think that is all I can say. Now, Coordinating Minister, you have the floor to further discuss the matter with the related Ministers. (Humas) (AW/YM/Naster)
