Assalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakaatuh,
Today we will evaluate the performance of the One-Door Integrated Service (PTSP), mainly at the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), which has been running for more than a year. Compared to that in 2014, investment in 2016 has risen by approximately 17.8 percent. However, we still have to evaluate the service to open room for improvements, specifically for the sake of faster investment services.
Moreover, PTSP is not merely a booth in one location. If investors still have to wait in a long time, then it is useless. Therefore, I call on once more to all ministries/institutions that issue permits to provide faster service. I also call on BPKM Head to make the investment process faster so investors do not have to go from one ministry to another to obtain permits.
In addition, I want PTSP to highly serve as one-door integrated service, providing full, fast, and integrated service, knowing that the key of our future economic growth is investment, which will give a sustainable way to the economic growth.
Also, the integration between central and regional PTSPs must be controlled in order for processes in both areas to be balanced. Therefore, there should be a transparency to all processes and a highly synergised and coordinated standardization of investment service between central and regional PTSPs.
Furthermore, I hope both monitoring and ensuring these investment processes will be thoroughly conducted, identified, and solved in order for investors not to find any difficulties regarding permit.
