Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that as many as 15 Indonesian nationals abroad tested positive for the covid-19 with seven of them have recovered as stated by local authorities in the respective countries.

“Nine Indonesian nationals who tested positive for the virus are currently in Japan, six of whom have recovered and the remaining three people are in stable condition,” the Ministry announced in a press release on Wednesday (11/3).

Meanwhile in Singapore, based on information from the Ministry, four Indonesians tested positive with one recovered and three in stable condition.
In addition, one Indonesian in Taiwan and Australia respectively tested positive for the virus and are now in stable condition.

Citing data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the covid-19 so far has spread to 109 countries outside its origin country of China with confirmed cases reaching 113,702 people in total. (kemlu.go.id/EN)
