Inauguration ceremony of approximately 2,000 new officers of the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), during the 2025 Prasetya Perwira (Praspa) ceremony (the oath-taking ceremony) left strong impression to all graduates. The ceremony not only represented their achievement and hard work during their study but also marked the start of true service to the nation and the country.

One of the graduates, Second Police Inspector (Ipda) Muhammad Malik Aditya Kurniawan, expressed his gratitude and happiness for having completed his study.

Growing up in Jember, East Java province, Aditya stated that support from his family and friends played an important role in his success of completing his study at the Police Academy. He added that though the study was not easy, there were many meaningful experiences along the way.

“I will give my best service to the people, the nation, and the state,” he added.

Echoing similar sentiment, a graduate from the Air Force Academy, Tek Abdurrofi, said that the most memorable moment during the inauguration was having the honor of meeting President Prabowo Subianto in person and shaking his hand.

He added that initially he did not plan to join the Air Force. However, after he further explored military academies, the Air Force’s pilots inspired him to join the Air Force Academy and he has already started planning for the future.

“After this, I will continue my study at the PTTA (Unmanned Aircraft Pilot School), graduate, and serve the country. My goal is to give my best, advance my career, continue my education on time, and get promoted accordingly. The rest, I will leave to God the Almighty,” he said.
