Nicke Widyawati Named Pertamina CEO

Acting CEO of state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina,  Nicke Widyawati, has officially been appointed as the new CEO of the company based on the Decree of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK 232 / MBU /08/2018 on 29 August, 2018.

The appointment letter was delivered by Deputy to Minister of State-Owned Enterprises for Mining, Strategic Industries and Media Affairs Fajar Harry Sampurno at the office of Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises in Jakarta, Wednesday (29/8).

Also present during the event were President Commissioner of Pertamina Tanri Abeng, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.

Nicke Widyawati served as Acting CEO of Pertamina since April 2018 following the dismissal of the previous CEO, Massa Manik. Nicke got her Master degree on Business Law from Padjajaran University and has previously held a number of positions including the Director of Strategic Procurement of state-owned electricity company PT PLN, and Acting Director of Logistics, Supply Chain and Infrastructure of Pertamina.
