The vaccine recipients revealed that they felt no serious side effects after receiving both the first and second vaccination.

“It’s just the same experience as I felt two weeks ago. I didn’t feel anything during the injection. In the first vaccination after two hours, there were only aches and pains. Now, I think it’s the same,” said the President to COVID-19 Vaccination Spokesperson Reisa Broto Asmoro.

Meanwhile, Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin who also got vaccinated unveiled that he did not experience any serious side effects after receiving the first jab and the second jab of the vaccination.

Another vaccine recipient singer Raffi Ahmad also urged the public to participate in the vaccination program, which is free of charge, as an effort to tackle COVID-19 pandemic.

“Don’t be afraid to get vaccinated. Stay enthusiastic because even the President has already been vaccinated. We also believe in the Government because the Government will also do its utmost for its people,” he said.

After receiving the jab, the President and the recipients must then undergo a 30-minute observation to monitor the possibility of a Post-Immunization Joining Event (AEFI). (FID/TGH/DND/UN) (MUR/EP)
