Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) conducted the 2021 Evaluation of Performance Accountability System of Government Institutions (SAKIP) and Bureaucratic Reforms for Cabinet Secretariat through video conference on Tuesday (21/09).

“All of us from Cabinet Secretariat shall contribute as the best as we can so that the evaluation will run smoothly,” Deputy Cabinet Secretariat for Administrative Affairs Farid Utomo said in his remarks.

Farid also expressed hope that the evaluation—which was carried out online—will not reduce the essence of reformation spirit and performance management improvement within Cabinet Secretariat, so that the results of the evaluation can support efforts to improve the implementation of SAKIP and bureaucratic reforms within the office.

“With the changes that have happened in Cabinet Secretariat, both in the context of bureaucratic reforms and SAKIP, of course we want to get the reward, not the punishment,” he concluded.

For the record, the evaluation is divided into two sessions. The first session is evaluation of bureaucratic reform and SAKIP implementation at Cabinet Secretariat level and the second session is evaluation at the level of echelon 1 units of Cabinet Secretariat, namely Deputy for Economic Affairs, Deputy for Human Development and Culture, Deputy for Maritime Affairs and Investment, and Deputy for Political, Legal and Security Affairs. (FID/UN) (GWH/LW)
