President Jokowi Applauds Attorney General’s Office for Protecting State Assets

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo has applauded the Attorney General’s Office for protecting state assets.

“Let me extend my appreciation to the Attorney General’s Office for protecting state assets in the recent years. I also applaud the Attorney General’s Office for the hard work and good performance,” the President said at the Commemoration Ceremony of the Bhakti Adhyaksa Day in Jakarta, Saturday (07/22).

The President also highlighted the importance of the role of the Attorney General’s Office in resolving state land disputes and international trade disputes.

“The role of prosecutors as state attorneys is also very important in protecting the interests of the state, preventing misuse of state finances, protecting state assets, and resolving state land disputes and international trade disputes,” the President said.

The President further said that the Attorney General’s Office should exercise its authority in a proper, professional, and responsible manner.

“Happy 63rd Bhakti Adhyaksa Day. Your dedication to upholding the law, your dedication to upholding justice, and your dedication to the progress of Indonesia are very important for the Indonesian people,” the President remarked. (FID/UN) (RI/MMB)
