President Jokowi Arrives Home after Germany Working Visit

After 14 hour-long flight from Hannover airport, Germany, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and entourage Tuesday (04/18) arrived at Soekarno-Hatta international airport, Tangerang city, Banten province, at around 07:05 local time.

Upon arrival, President Jokowi and First Lady Ibu Iriana were welcomed by Chief of the National Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Chief of Staff of Air Force (KSAU) Marshal Fadjar Prasetyo, and Acting Governor of Banten Al Muktabar.

During his visit in Germany, the President attended Hannover Messe where Indonesia is the official partner country for the industrial transformation fairs. He also opened the Indonesian Pavilion which adopt the theme “Making Indonesia 4.0”.

In addition, President Jokowi also meet with several European businessmen, attended bilateral meeting with Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, and attended business meetings in the 2023 Hannover Messe series. (BPMI of Presidential Secreatariat/AIT) (GWH/MUR)
