President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Friday (1/3) started a series of working visits in Gorontalo province.

The President Jokowi began his agenda by visiting a traditional market in Gorontalo City. The President also is also slated to attend the disbursement of the Ultra-Micro Financing (Umi) in the province.

Afterwards, the President is scheduled to attend the Corn Harvest event at Botuwombatu Village, North Gorontalo Regency and to witness the ceremony of corn export dispatch. President Jokowi is also slated to give a public lecture and distribute the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) to the residents.

The President and his entourage are scheduled to leave for Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi province later in the afternoon to continue his working visits.
