President Jokowi Bids Farewell to His Cabinet

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, accompanied by First Lady Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo along with Vice President Jusuf Kalla and Ibu Mufidah Jusuf Kalla, on Friday (18/10) at the State Palace joined a special gathering with all members of the Working Cabinet.

Before the gathering, President Jokowi and the First Lady, as well as Vice President Jusuf Kalla and Ibu Mufidah Kalla, took a group photo with all members of the Working Cabinet in front of the Merdeka Palace.

Afterwards, the gathering started in the State Palace. The gathering also featured Elek Yo Band, a musical that consisted of several members of the Cabinet.

For the record, Friday was the last day of the administration of President Jokowi, Vice President Jusuf Kalla, and all Working Cabinet Ministers for 2014 – 2019 term.

President Jokowi was scheduled to be inaugurated as the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019-2024 term with Vice President K.H. Ma’ruf Amin on Sunday (20/10). (FID/JAY/ES)
