The President said that state apparatus must serve the people, avoid discrimination on the basis of race or religions, and to fulfill the obligation to protect the entire nation.

“I also invite all elements of the nation wherever they are, from Sabang to Merauke, from Miangas to Rote Island, to continue to strengthen our unity,” the President added.

The President also invites the people to support each other, help each other and work together. He also invited the people to be optimistic and believe that Indonesia is a winning nation that can overcome every challenge it faces.

“We must overcome our weaknesses and shortcomings, and create change to trigger a leap of progress to make us a strong and self-sufficient nation,” the President said. (HIM/EN)
