President Jokowi Chairs Meetings with Partner Countries in ASEAN Summit

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Wednesday (09/06) will chair a series of meetings on the second day of the 43rd ASEAN Summit at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta.

The President is scheduled to chair a bilateral meeting with the President of Bangladesh Mohammed Shahabuddin, and chair the 26th ASEAN-China Summit attended by the state leaders of ASEAN and Premier of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) Li Qiang, the 24th ASEAN-Republic of Korea (ROK) Summit with the President of Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, and the 26th ASEAN-Japan Summit with the PM of Japan Fumio Kishida.

In the afternoon, President Jokowi is slated to host the 26th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Summit, together with the state leaders of ASEAN and state leaders of PRC, Republic of Korea, and Japan. In addition, the President will chair a meeting with Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris, as well as the 11th ASEAN-United States Summit and the ASEAN-Canada Summit with the PM of Canada Justin Trudeau at Cendrawasih Room 3, JCC.
