President Jokowi Conveys Condolences over Passing of Mooryati Soedibyo

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, accompanied by Minister of State Secretary, and Cabinet Secretary, conveyed his condolences over the passing of Mooryati Soedibyo–founder of Mustika Ratu company.

Mooryati’s children Djoko Ramiadji, Putri Kuswisnuwardhani, and Dewi Nurhandayani immediately greeted the President upon his arrival at the residence on Menteng, Central Jakarta, at 11.40 a.m, on Wednesday (24/04). After carrying out Islamic funeral prayer led by Ustadz Ali Limau, the President conveyed his solace that the bereaved family would be given fortitude and patience.

The late Mooryati Soedibyo died at the age of 96 years (born on 5 January 1928 in Surakarta, Central Java), on Wednesday at 01.00 a.m. Military ceremony will accompany her funeral at the family cemetery in Tapos, Bogor, West Java. (BPMI SETPRES/AIT) (GA/MUR)
