President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Friday (10/11) inaugurated Mayapada Hospital Nusantara located in the new capital of Nusantara in East Kalimantan province.

In his remarks, the President underscored that quality health facility in Nusantara is crucial to build up trust to investors, and also to state civil apparatus and those who intend to move to the capital.

The President went on to say that adequate education and health facilities in Nusantara became the concerns of investors.

“They raised two questions. If I move here and I bring along my children, are there schools here? And if we are sick after being relocated, is there any quality hospital?” he said.

Therefore, the President ensured that health services at Mayapada Hospital Nusantara which collaborates with Apollo Hospital India, has international standards so investors and their families that their medical need will be easily met once they reside in Nusantara.

On that occasion, President Jokowi also expressed appreciation to Mayapada Group for supporting the development of Nusantara and providing trust to the state civil apparatus and the people in general who intend to move to the Nusantara, as well as to investors who want to invest in Nusantara.
