President Jokowi Inaugurates Social Security Agencies’ Board of Directors, Supervisors

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Monday (22/02) at the State Palace inaugurated the members of Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors of the Social Security Agency for Health Care (BPJS Kesehatan) and the Social Security Agency for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).

The inauguration is based on Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (Keppres) Number 37/P of 2021 on the Appointment of the Members of Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors of the Social Security Agency for Health Care for the 2021-2026 Terms of Office and Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia (Keppres) Number 38/P of 2021 on the Appointment of the Members of Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors of the Social Security Agency for Employment for the 2021-2026 Terms of office.

The inaugurated members of the BPJS Kesehatan Board of Supervisors are as follows:

1. Achmad Yurianto, as Chairperson and member, representing the Government;
2. Regina Maria Wiwieng Handayani, as member, representing the Government;
3. Indra Yana, as member, representing workers;
4. Siruaya Utamawan, as member, representing workers;
5. Iftida Yasar, as member, representing employers;
6. Inda Deryanne Hasman, as member, representing employers; and
7. Ibn Naser Arrohimi, as member, representing community leaders.

Meanwhile, the inaugurated members of the BPJS Kesehatan Board of Directors are as follows:

1. Ali Ghufron Mukti, as President Director;
2. Andi Afdal, as Director;
3. Arief Witjaksono Juwono Putro, as Director;
4. David Bangun, as Director;
5. Edwin Aristiawan, as Director;
6. Lily Kresnowati, as Director;
7. Mahlil Ruby, as Director; and
8. Mundiharno, as Director.

The inaugurated members of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Board of Supervisors are as follows:

1. Muhammad Zuhri, as Chairperson and member, representing the Government;
2. Kushari Supriyanto, as member, representing the Government;
3. H. Yayat Syariful Hidayat, as member, representing workers;
4. Agung Nugroho, as member, representing workers;
5. Subchan Gatot, as member, representing employers;
6. Muhammad Aditya Warman, as member, representing employers; and
7. Muhammad Iman Nuril Hidayat Budi Pinuji, as member, representing community leaders.

Meanwhile, the inaugurated members of the BPJS Kesehatan Board of Directors are as follows:

1. Anggoro Eko Cahyo, as President Director;
2. Abdur Rahman Irsyadi, as Director;
3. Asep Rahmat Swandha, as Director;
4. Edwin Michael Ridwan, as Director;
5. Pramudya Iriawan Buntoro, as Director;
6. Roswita Nilakurnia, as Director; and
7. Zainuddin, as Director.

After the Presidential Decrees were read, the members of Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors took an oath of office.

Afterwards, President Jokowi accompanied by Vice President Ma’ruf Amin congratulated the newly-inaugurated officials. The ceremony ended with a group photo. (DND/UN) (RI/MUR)
