President Jokowi Inaugurates Terbanggi Besar-Kayu Agung Toll Road in Lampung

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Friday (15/11) accompanied by a number of Government officials paid a working visit to Lampung provinces to inaugurate Trans-Sumatra toll road.

President Jokowi and his entourage departed at 08.10 a.m. Western Indonesia Time, from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in East Jakarta to Radin Inten II Airport in Bandar Lampung, Lampung provincial capital.

The President is scheduled to inaugurate 189.2-km Terbanggi Besar-Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung toll road on Friday afternoon, which aims to expand Trans-Sumatra highway.

The inauguration will be held at Simpang Pematang toll gate kilometers 240, Mesuji District, Lampung Province.

Also accompanying President Jokowi during the working visit were Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Minister of State-owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, and Presidential Special Staff M.
