As part of his working visit to Central Java province, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, Thursday (23/9), inspected door-to-door COVID-19 vaccination held at Sentolo Kawat fishing village, Cilacap regency, Central Java province.

“We have just carried out door-to-door vaccination for the public,” the President said after the inspection.

The door-to-door vaccination that was organized by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) was expected to be able to persuade more people to get vaccinated. On the same day, the BIN also carried out door-to-door vaccination in nine other provinces in order to increase national vaccination coverage.

“We hope through this program, many people will participate in the mass vaccination,” he said.

On that occasion, the public was also urged to remain disciplined in adhering to health protocols.

“Remember, even though we have been vaccinated, we still have to maintain health protocols, especially wearing a face mask,” the President remarked. (FID/UN) (RIF/MMB)
