Ika, a dental patient and member of Healthcare and Social Security Agency’s (BPJS Kesehatan), said that receiving dental care is more affordable with BPJS Kesehatan and yet the service is good.
“I am so thankful that by using BPJS, I can have dental care here with more affordable price. The hospitality is good from the registration to the dental treatment provided by the doctor,” she said.
Aulia, another patient, expressed appreciation for the quality of the specialist doctor at the hospital. However, Aulia expressed hope that the hospital can have more specialist doctors, such as ophthalmologists.
“Previously, I was treated by an internist, and it was good. However, the hospital does not have ophthalmologists, so I was referred to consult an ophthalmologist at Sanggau regency. I hope one day this area can have other specialists,” Aulia said. (Bureau of Press, Media, and Information of Presidential Secretariat/AIT)(AW/EP)
