President Jokowi Inspects Rice Supplies in Cilacap Regency

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo visited the Gumilir Bulog Warehouse, Cilacap regency, Central Java province, on Tuesday (01/02) to inspect the availability of rice reserves.

He also wanted to ensure that the distribution of 10 kilograms of government rice reserve (CBP) food assistance goes well.

“I want to ask, have you received 10 kilos in September? October?” the President asked the beneficiaries.

He emphasized that the distribution of assistance will continue until March 2024 and can be continued again until June 2024 by taking into account the condition of the state budget.

“So after January, February, March, I’ll check the state budget. If possible, the assistance will continue for April, May, June,” he said. (BPMI/AIT) (EST/MUR)
