President Jokowi Kicks Off Bali Working Visit

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, on Tuesday (16/3), headed for Bali Province to conduct a series of working visits.

The Indonesian-1 Presidential aircraft took off from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta at around 08.30 Western Indonesian Time.

During the visit, the President is slated to inspect mass vaccinations in Gianyar Regency and Bali’s capital Denpasar City.

Upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung Regency, the President is scheduled to directly visit a location in Gianyar Regency to inspect mass vaccinations for tourism industry players, religious leaders, cultural representatives, youth representatives, and local communities.

Furthermore, the President will also inspect a similar mass vaccination held in Denpasar City for workers in the Bali tourism industry. (BPMI/UN) (FI/MUR)
