President Jokowi Kicks Off Banten Working Visit

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Thursday (4/3) conducted a working visit to Serang, Banten Province.

The President and his entourage, including Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko, departed from the National Monument (Monas) Helipad, Jakarta, on an Air Force’s helicopter at 12.50 Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

Upon the arrival at Boru Village, Serang Regency, the President is slated to inaugurate Sindang Heula Dam in Pabuaran Subdistrict, Serang Regency.

Afterwards, he is scheduled to inaugurate the new campus of Sultan Ageng Tritayasa University, in Sindangsari, Pabuaran Subdistrict.

The series of President’s working visit in Serang, Banten will adhere to strict health protocols with limited guest attending each event. (BPMI/UN) (RAS/LW)
