President Jokowi Kicks Off C. Java Working Visit

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and First Lady Ibu Iriana Monday (07/04) headed to Central Java province for a working visit.
The President and his entourage departed from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Banten, at around 17.40 Western Indonesian Time aboard Presidential Aircraft.
Upon his arrival at Ahmad Yani Army Aviation Main Base, Semarang city, President Jokowi and First Lady Ibu Iriana would go directly to the hotel where they will stay.
During the working visit, the President and the First Lady are slated to attend a ceremony to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara (the Indonesian National Police) at the Police Academy, Semarang city. For the record, President Jokowi will be the inspector in that ceremony.
Afterwards, President Jokowi and Ibu Iriana are set to distribute social assistances to the beneficiaries and vendors at Peterongan Market.
