President Jokowi Kicks Off North Sumatra Working Visit

President Joko “Jokowi” Wednesday (02/08) kicked off working visit in North Sumatera province.

The President arrived at Soewondo Air Force Base, Medan, North Sumatra province, around 5.50 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB). He welcomed by Governor of North Sumatra Edy Rahmayadi and Mayor of Medan city Bobby Nasution.

In the city, President Jokowi is slated to attend the National Press Day, inaugurate infrastructure project, and visit several traditional markets. (BPMI SETPRES/AIT) (HS/EST)
