President Jokowi Kicks off UAE Working Visit

President Jokowi“Joko”Widodo on Sunday (12/1) departed from HalimPerdanakusuma Airport, Jakarta,to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for a working visit.

The Head of State is slated to attend several agenda, including bilateral meeting with Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and attending Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.

For the record, Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week is a global platform attended by global delegates and world leaders that discusses sustainable energy, environment, and other related development.

Accompanying President Jokowi in the working visit are, among others, Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi who has already arrived in Abu Dhabi before the President. (EN/ES)
