President Jokowi admitted that it would be more difficult to determine policies in addressing the challenges, so, it took courage and trust to adopt difficult and unpopular decisions.

“A leader must earn public trust for trust is one of the factors determining whether a policy is feasible, whether a decision can be followed up or not. It is a political strength to lead a nation like Indonesia,” he conveyed.

At the opportunity, President Jokowi also appreciated the roles and support of all components of the nation in handling the challenges faced by the country in order to realize an advanced Indonesia.

President Jokowi mentioned that MPR has played a role in strengthening the national foundation, broadening the understanding of the national ideology, reviewing the content and legal form of the state policy guidelines, and promoting international cooperation in surmounting various global challenges.

“The support lent by DPR has also been tremendous in pushing for structural reform, making efforts to improve governance, avoiding fraud in state financial management, and preparing the 2024 simultaneous elections,” President Jokowi mentioned.

The Judicial Commission (KY) remains committed to proactive advocacy, training, and investigations, as well as enforcing rigorous penalties on judges who breach the code, to safeguard the integrity and dignity of our judges.
