On the sidelines of B20 Summit, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Monday (11/14) had a meeting with business players from Republic of Korea (RoK) at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Badung regency, Bali province.

President Jokowi arrived at the venue together with President of RoK Yoon Suk-yeol. Before the meeting, the two leaders had a photo session with business players from RoK and Indonesia.

Afterwards, Chairperson of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce Arsjad Rasjid recited a number of Memorandum of Understanding that have been agreed on by the two governments and business players of both countries.

Prior to the event called the Korea-Indonesia Business Roundtable, President Jokowi and President Yoon also had a meeting and dialogue. President Yoon said he is delighted to visit Indonesia and to meet President Jokowi.

“I am pleased to meet Mr. President again. We have already met three times. Today I went to some venues and I could see that many efforts have been made, especially by President Jokowi to prepare for the G20 Summit,” President  Yoon said.

President Yoon also expressed appreciation to President Jokowi who conveyed condolences on the recent tragedy happening in Itaewon. “I would like to thank Bapak Jokowi for conveying the condolences on the tragedy in Itaewon,” he said.
